The Corporate Communications & Brand Specialist role is seeking an experienced professional to support corporate communication strategies, brand initiatives, and content development efforts. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Support corporate communications programs, including brand campaigns, company announcements, thought leadership initiatives, and strategic communication projects.
  2. Affirm messaging, visual identity, and communication materials align with established guidelines.
  3. Develop, edit, and refine internal and external communications, including blog articles, press materials, website content, presentations, and social media posts.
  4. Manage day-to-day corporate social media activities, including content planning, copywriting, publishing, and performance tracking.
  5. Create engaging visual content using Canva for social media, internal communications, presentations, and marketing initiatives.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and ensure consistency across communication campaigns.
  7. Maintain a consistent brand voice and editorial quality across all communications.
  8. Identify opportunities to improve communication processes, increase engagement, and strengthen brand awareness.

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, brand marketing, product marketing, or a related communications role.
  • Proven experience supporting corporate branding initiatives and maintaining consistent messaging across multiple platforms.
  • Experience developing and executing social media strategies, preferably within corporate or B2B environments.
  • Proficiency with Canva and experience creating professional visual communication assets.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Experience collaborating with senior leaders and supporting executive communications or speaking engagements.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
