Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex corporate and commercial transactions from inception through to close.
• Provide strategic legal advice to a diverse portfolio of corporate and institutional clients.
• Drive business development by building and maintaining client relationships at senior level.
• Mentor junior practitioners and contribute to the firm's practice group leadership.

Requirements

• Admitted attorney with 10+ years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Proven track record advising on M&A, joint ventures, or major commercial contracts.
• Ability to independently run a full practice and manage client relationships.
• Director-level seniority with the standing to operate at executive level.
