Pay
$24.99 to $35.24 USD per hour. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

Responsibilities
- Contact individuals to discuss details of money owed
- Remind clients of sale, credit, or contract conditions
- Maintain extensive documentation of all actions taken for legal purposes
- Participate in the collection process, including loss mitigation, foreclosures, repossessions, pre-charge-off, charge-off, recovery, bankruptcy, and agency liaison collections
- Perform routine daily tasks such as reviewing reports, preparing correspondence, and participating in special projects
- Conduct repossessed sales (buyer contact, marketing, etc.)
- Assist with the management of REO (sales, showings, potential buyer contact, communication with realtor)
- Communicate with attorneys and participate in legal action initiation, including judgments, bankruptcy filings, estate filings, and foreclosure actions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BSA and other bank-related training through BAI (required annually)
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Relevant computer skills
- Valid Driver’s License
