Corporate Attorney (Sophisticated Boutique Firm)
About the role
Latitude is seeking a mid-level corporate associate attorney with 4+ years of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate finance, and general transactional experience to join a growing Los Angeles‑based boutique firm. The role offers the opportunity to work on Big Law‑caliber deals with reduced billable hour requirements and the flexibility to work remotely, if desired. Prior experience in the corporate practice group of a large firm is highly preferred, and while there is a preference for candidates residing in Southern California who can go into the office, strong remote candidates will also be considered.
Requirements
- 4+ years of M&A, corporate governance, corporate finance, and general transactional experience
- Excellent academic credentials
- Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence
- Outstanding references
Pay
The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $230,000, based on work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
