About the Role

The Atlanta office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, P.C. seeks a second- to third-year associate to join its nationally recognized corporate and transactional practice.

Responsibilities

• Candidates should have meaningful exposure to M&A transactions, cross-border matters, and general corporate work.
• This is a unique opportunity to become a key contributor within a nationally recognized team while gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of buy-and-sell side M&A deals, corporate governance matters, and other business transactions.

Qualifications

• A Georgia law license is required.
