for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we can use other headings if they match content? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It suggests we should use those exact headings when appropriate. But we can also have other headings? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they want those headings for those sections. We need to map content.
We have Company Overview: could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is generic; but we have Company Overview. Could treat as "About the role"? Might be better to use "About the role" heading and put company overview there. However they said do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. So we can have About the role (company overview). Then Responsibilities (duties). Then Requirements (position requirements). Then Qualifications (education & experience). Then Skills (required skills/abilities). Then Benefits (we have benefits list). Then Pay (salary range). Schedule not present, so omit.
We must include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content. Benefits: they list "We Offer Competitive Compensation And a Comprehensive Benefits Package" then bullet list: 401k + employee match, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, Paid Parental leave, Paid Sick leave, Professional development programs, Work-life quality and flexibility. That's specific, so include Benefits.
Pay: Salary Range $180-$205k. Include Pay.
Schedule: not present, omit.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include company overview prose, job summary, position requirements (maybe as bullet list?), duties/responsibilities (list), required skills/abilities (list), education & experience (maybe list or prose), benefits (list), pay (maybe prose). Ensure not to invent or summarize away detail.
We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. So no heading with the title.
We need to not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings (none present).
We need to remove duplicated lines.
