Qualifications
- Must be licensed to practice in Virginia
- At least 5–10 years of experience in corporate transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions and general corporate representation
- Tax experience is a plus
- Strong drafting and negotiating skills
- Accustomed to managing deals independently
