Corporate Attorney

CSG Law’s Corporate Practice Group is hiring an attorney with 4+ years of advanced transactional experience.

About the role

This hybrid position is based in the firm’s Roseland, New Jersey office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage M&A, joint-venture (including real-estate JVs), and equity and debt-financing transactions
• Draft and negotiate corporate and transactional documents such as merger agreements, stock and asset purchase agreements, complex operating and shareholder agreements, and various commercial agreements

Requirements

• Admission to the New Jersey or New York bar
• Excellent client-relations skills

Pay

The anticipated initial annual base-salary range is $190,000 – $220,000. In addition to base salary, attorneys are eligible for a billable-hours bonus, a discretionary bonus, and an origination bonus.
