Corporate Attorney
About the role
Bricker Graydon Wyatt is seeking an experienced attorney to join its growing Business Industry Group in the Tennessee, Kentucky, and Southern Ohio markets. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in corporate law, with basic contract, corporate governance, and merger and acquisition experience required. Experience with tax and securities is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Handle corporate legal matters, including contracts, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.
- Work independently and collaboratively with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in corporate law.
- Experience with contracts, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.
- Strong academic credentials and high ethical standards.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
