Corporate Associate – Securities Regulation & Corporate Governance

Key Responsibilities

- Advise public companies on securities regulation and corporate governance issues - Counsel clients on Exchange Act disclosure requirements and compliance standards - Provide strategic advice on board governance, shareholder engagement, and related reporting matters - Work closely with partners and clients in a collaborative and dynamic environment

Qualifications

- 2–4 years of relevant experience (law school class years 2020–2022) - Strong understanding of securities regulation and public company governance standards - Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills - Exceptional academic credentials from a top-tier law school - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Pay

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $365,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The firm also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
