Corporate Associate (Italian Speaking)

Job Details

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate and commercial agreements
  • Support domestic and cross-border transactions, including entity formation, governance, and restructuring
  • Advises clients on international business matters involving U.S. and European interests
  • Works directly with clients, partners, and senior attorneys on sophisticated legal matters
  • Affixes with due diligence, risk analysis, and deal execution
  • Collaborates closely with a lean, high-performing legal team on complex matters
• Qualifications:
  • JD from an accredited U.S. law school
  • Admitted to practice in Florida preferred
  • 2-6 years of experience in corporate/transactional law
  • Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is required
  • Experience with international transactions or cross-border clients strongly preferred
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills
  • Interest in working in a boutique firm environment with early responsibility and client exposure
