Corporate Associate -- Fund Formation Associate

About the role

We are seeking a fund formation corporate associate with four to eight years of experience to join as a core member of our rapidly growing private investment funds team. The team focuses primarily on the organization and ongoing advising of venture funds, venture studios, incubators, accelerators, and crypto-related funds.

Responsibilities

• Provide counsel on VC or PE private investment fund formation
• Advise on relevant corporate and securities regulations

• Must be barred in the state of the office for which you are applying or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam

Pay

The anticipated salary range for this position is $310,000 – $445,000. Actual base salary may depend on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and location. A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.
