Corporate Associate -- Fund Formation Associate

About the role

We are seeking a fund formation corporate associate with four to eight years of experience to join as a core member of our rapidly growing private investment funds team. This team focuses primarily on the organization and ongoing advising of venture funds, venture studios, incubators, accelerators, and crypto-related funds.

Responsibilities

• Provide counsel on VC or PE private investment fund formation.
• Advise on relevant corporate and securities regulations.

Requirements

• Must be barred in the state of the office for which you are applying or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
• Superior academic credentials and top-tier professional experience.
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset.

Pay

The anticipated salary range for this position is $310,000 - $445,000. The actual base salary offered may depend on factors including qualifications, relevant experience, education, certifications, and location. A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.
