Quarles & Brady LLP seeks a highly-qualified junior to mid-level Associate to join the Commercial Finance Group in our Milwaukee office. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience working on sophisticated commercial loan transactions.
Requirements
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong organizational, drafting, and analytical skills and experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with both lawyers and non-lawyers—inside and outside the firm

Pay
Compensation is determined based on the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience, education, and skills of the applicant, including book of business for more experienced roles, and other job-related factors. The range for associates physically located in Chicago is $190,000 to $280,000 per year.
