This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global communications strategy
• Create indication-specific narratives and key messages
• Implement communication plans for key data milestones and medical congresses
• Partner with cross-functional teams for effective communications
• Engage key stakeholders for consistent messaging
• Advise on disease education and thought leadership initiatives
• Enhance internal communications
• Support global affiliate teams in executing communications strategies

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 4 years, Master's with 7 years, or Bachelor's with 9 years in communications or public relations
• 10-12 years of experience in communications within biotech, pharma, or healthcare
• Track record of developing and executing global communication strategies for investigational products
• Experience launching products in competitive environments
• Strong collaboration skills in a matrixed organization
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly
• Expertise across communication disciplines like media relations and internal communications

Pay

$180,551 – $244,276 annually
