This role supports critical operational functions within Alternative Investments Operations and Corporate Actions. Ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-touch, "white glove" service experience to advisors by handling corporate actions, dividends, proxy communications, cash and securities transactions, and related operational activities.
- Ensure accurate processing of corporate actions, dividends, proxy communications, cash and securities transactions, and related operational activities.
- Play a key role in supporting advisors by handling corporate actions, dividends, proxy communications, cash and securities transactions, and related operational activities.
- Combine advisor-facing phone support with operational processing responsibilities.
- Use strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail to learn and manage complex processes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
