Corporate Accounting Analyst (Remote) - SAP

About the role

Our client, a leading organization in the finance and accounting sector, is seeking an Accountant 2 to join their team. As an Accountant 2, you will be part of the Corporate Accounting department supporting financial close and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and consolidation processes
• Prepare compliance metrics and other reporting requirements
• Assist with the legal entity termination program, managing entities through final liquidation and system inactivation
• Support ERP (SAP S/4HANA) migration activities, including data validation, UAT, and reconciliations
• Create journal entries, review financial statements, and perform controllership activities

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of accounting or finance experience
• Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments
