We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Data & Analytics Architect to help shape the future of enterprise data, business intelligence, and cloud analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and optimization of enterprise data platforms across on-premises and Azure cloud environments.
  • Drive data modernization initiatives, including migration of legacy systems to Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, and Apache Spark.
  • Design scalable data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouses, and reporting solutions that support enterprise decision-making.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineers, developers, and BI professionals.
  • Partner with business leaders to translate complex requirements into innovative data solutions.
  • Establish best practices for data governance, performance optimization, source control, code reviews, and deployment processes.
  • Develop enterprise reporting and analytics solutions utilizing SQL Server, Power BI, SSRS, and Azure technologies.
  • Monitor and support production environments to ensure data reliability, availability, and performance.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, data engineering, and analytics.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Experience: 8–10 years of experience designing and supporting enterprise OLTP and OLAP database environments.
  • Experience: 8+ years of ETL development using SSIS and/or Azure Data Factory.
  • Experience: 8+ years of enterprise reporting and business intelligence experience using Power BI and SSRS.
  • Advanced expertise with Microsoft SQL Server (2016+) and Azure data services.
  • Experience: Working within Agile and Scrum environments.
  • Preferred experience: With Python, PowerShell, C#, .NET, Databricks, and modern data engineering frameworks.

Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (2016+) and Azure data services.
  • Experience with ETL development using SSIS and/or Azure Data Factory.
  • Experience with enterprise reporting and business intelligence using Power BI and SSRS.
  • Experience with Python, PowerShell, C#, .NET, Databricks, and modern data engineering frameworks.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
