Core Java - Advanced

About the role

Expert in Core Java and design techniques with experience working across large environments with multiple operating systems and infrastructure for large-scale programs. Acts as a firm-wide resource working on projects across clients, multi-skilled across the software development lifecycle and toolset. Recognized as a leader in Agile and cultivating teams working in Agile frameworks. Sought out as a coach for at least one technical skill.

Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, resiliency, and security. Stays abreast of cutting-edge technologies and trends, using experience to influence their application to support the business. May give speeches, present outside the firm, and write articles.

Applies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to improve the value realized by automation.

• Serve as a firm-wide resource on cross-client projects
• Lead and cultivate Agile teams

• Apply SDLC toolchain knowledge, including AI-assisted development and automation

Requirements

• Expertise in Core Java and design techniques
• Experience with Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, resiliency, and security
• Leadership in Agile frameworks

Pay

Pay range: $70–$80 per hour. Specific compensation will be determined by factors including scope, complexity, location, skills, education, training, credentials, experience, and other conditions of employment.
