About the role
We are seeking a Core Java Developer with 5 to 7 years of solid hands-on experience to join our team in Alpharetta, GA.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservice architecture.
- Work with Kafka/MQ for messaging and event-driven systems.
- Design, model, and tune SQL databases (DB2/Sybase).
- Write and maintain scripts in Shell/Unix, Perl, or Python.
- Solve complex technical problems with strong analytical skills.
- Communicate clearly and effectively across all stakeholder groups and staff levels.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, Kafka/MQ, and Microservice architecture.
- Proficiency in SQL, DB2/Sybase (including modeling and performance tuning).
- Experience with Shell/Unix and scripting languages (Perl/Python).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and self-driven mindset with a passion for innovation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of the Banking or Financial industry.
- Experience with Co-pilot and Spec Driven Development.
