Responsibilities

• Teach, supervise, and mentor residents across inpatient, outpatient, and didactic settings
• Model full-scope Family Medicine while maintaining your own continuity patient panel
• Shape curriculum and program development alongside leadership
• Advance health equity by caring for underserved and rural communities

Requirements

• Graduate of an ACGME/AOA-accredited Family Medicine Residency
• Passionate about teaching and mentoring residents

Pay

• $258,000 – $277,000 annual salary
• $30,000 hiring bonus

Schedule

• 0.4 FTE clinical care (16 hours/week)
• 0.6 FTE residency (teaching, mentorship, curriculum, admin)
