Our Core Engineers

• Work closely with the platform team and customer-facing forward deployed teams
• Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack systems that integrate with complex legacy environments and support high-value, high-impact supply chain operations

What we're looking for

• Absolute grinder — motivated by hard problems, not comfortable processes
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
• Track record of shipping fast
• Experience architecting systems independently
• Motivated by taking an unknown problem, sinking your teeth in, and coming up with a plan of attack
• Ready to show at least one full-stack project (GitHub repo, web app, or Loom demo)
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and at least one frontend library (React, Svelte, Next.js, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases — preferably Postgres; proficient at writing, optimising, and troubleshooting complex queries
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices: version control, testing, documentation
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
• Low ego, curious, and intellectually honest — focused on outcomes, not "being right"

Compensation

Salary: SalaryCurrency.USD 150K - 220K base salary 0.15%–0.20% equity
