CORE APPLICATIONS SPECIALIST I

About the role

We're looking for a Core Applications Specialist I to support the systems that power Charter Oak Federal Credit Union. This role will provide application and core banking support using industry-leading platforms such as Jack Henry Symitar and OpCon automation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for core banking applications
• Support system upgrades and maintenance
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems
• Document procedures and best practices for efficient support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 1+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of core banking systems and industry standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
