About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Core Agent to join its dynamic Rooms Team. This position requires someone with excitement and dedication in serving guests, emphasizing teamwork and respect.

Responsibilities

• Field all incoming calls to the appropriate departments within the hotel
• Sell the resort and provide information to prospective guests
• Capture sales from incoming calls
• Coordinate details of each reservation
• Provide top-notch customer service over the phone
• Maintain systems and communication channels
• Help the team prepare for guest arrivals

Requirements

• Knowledge of Opera preferred
• One to two years’ experience working in hotels or customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills

Qualifications

• Work authorization in the United States
