About the Role
This position operates within the Marketing team, supporting strategy, campaigns, brand identity, lead generation, email/direct marketing, content, events, market research, and analytics. The Copywriting Coordinator ensures operational control through copywriting-focused coordination, maintaining visibility of confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain copywriting-focused coordination with business support, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the marketing context.
- Reconcile documentation with status tracking for copywriting workflows, following a coordination-owned work profile.
- Coordinate workflow and deadline management, ensuring traceability and ownership of tasks.
- Review documentation and generate reports to maintain clarity and accountability in copywriting processes.
- Perform quality control and source verification to prevent errors and downstream rework.
- Apply data accuracy standards while managing evidence and deadlines in a copywriting-focused workflow.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
- Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, particularly when coordination depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Ensure remote completion of tasks by securing work through issue escalation, administrative support, and documentation, making it traceable and ready for the next authorized teammate.
Qualifications
- Confidence in applying logistics workflow context and operations coordination to support marketing strategy, campaigns, and content initiatives.
- Ability to maintain operational control under the demands of marketing strategy, campaigns, brand identity, lead generation, email/direct marketing, content, events, market research, and analytics.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring completed work is traceable, unresolved items have owners, and repeated errors are surfaced proactively.
Pay
Base salary: $41,000–$62,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
