What You Will Do
- Partner with the Art Director to lead concept development across high-, mid-, and low-priority projects (including photoshoot creative direction, video storyboards, organic social concepts, sales sizzle scripts, etc.)
- Translate strategy and insights into clear, engaging, platform-relevant messaging
- Adept tone and messaging across brands and platforms while maintaining brand voice consistency
- Leverage AI and emerging tools to support idea generation, copy exploration, and rapid iteration across concepts and executions
- Optimize copy based on performance data, platform best practices, and evolving trends
- Contribute to rapid-turn content needs
- Participate in brainstorms and bring proactive, insight-driven ideas to the table
Who You Bring To The Table
- (Must Have) Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or related field
- 6+ years of copywriting experience in an agency, brand, or in-house creative environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first and digital content writing
- Deep understanding of platform-native voice (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
- Ability to flex tone
- Strong collaboration skills in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Experience in food culture or food brand experience
- Experience using AI and emerging tools to support ideation, copy development, and rapid iteration, bringing a proactive approach to exploring how technology can enhance creative thinking and content output
