Copywriter & AI Content Systems Designer

About the role

We are seeking a copywriter who excels at building and tuning AI-powered systems to produce scalable, high-quality copy. The role involves teaching AI to write in Branch's brand voice, developing prompts, encoding guidelines, and continuously improving system outputs. Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

• Building and refining AI-powered copy workflows
• Developing prompt libraries and brand voice guidelines
• Owning QA for AI-generated copy
• Writing on-brand copy across formats (emails, product copy, social, B2B materials, web)
• Collaborating with designers and content strategists

Qualifications

• Demonstrated fluency with AI writing tools (building systems, not just using them)
• Strong editorial instincts and point of view on AI tooling
• 2–4 years of copywriting experience (traditional portfolio or AI systems work)
• Comfort working across multiple brands, formats, and audiences
• Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
• Experience with Figma, insurance, fintech, or regulated industry is a plus

Pay

Range: $68,440 – $97,200
