Copy Supervisor- HCP

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Copy Supervisor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in copywriting, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for storytelling. As a Copy Supervisor, you will oversee the copywriting team and ensure the delivery of high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives in the life sciences industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the copywriting team to deliver high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Demonstrate an unquenchable thirst for knowledge—of the problem, solutions, and target—to sculpt big ideas that drive action.
• Use empathy and compassion to create work that makes a difference for clients and their targets, many of whom are patients.
• Apply strategic thinking and craftsmanship to build impactful work, particularly in a heavily regulated industry like pharmaceuticals.
• Inspire action through powerful storytelling and persuasive communication for both the target audience and your teammates.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to bring messages to life across a variety of digital channels.
• Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education plus professional experience) required.
• 5-7 years of writing experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of pharmaceutical writing experience is preferred.
• High science experience preferred (e.g., oncology, HIV).
• Portfolio featuring conceptual work and smart digital executions, including social experiences, out-of-home extensions, and banners.
• Experience writing in a digital landscape—from strategy development to banners, websites, and SEO.
• Experience managing complex projects involving internal and external account and creative teams.

Pay
