Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure high-quality customer service
• Ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
• Manage inventory and daily maintenance
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift
• Meet and help meet departmental targets
• Handle food safety, internal communication, and scheduling
• Train and supervise the team

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Must be 18 years or older
