About the role

As a Warehouse Specialist at Les Olson Company, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations organized and efficient. Your responsibilities include:

• Pulling supplies and orders for technicians and drivers
• Shipping items to customers and branches
• Receiving and storing incoming shipments
• Maintaining accurate inventory records
• Participating in daily and monthly inventory counts
• Ensuring the warehouse stays clean and organized
• Serving as a backup delivery driver when needed

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• Strong self-management and ability to meet deadlines
• Able to prioritize tasks and follow instructions
• Works safely, independently, and efficiently
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Eager to learn, punctual, and reliable
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills
• Physically able to lift 50–125 lbs and perform bending/twisting throughout an 8-hour shift
• 1 year of warehouse or similar experience preferred (not required)
• Professional appearance and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
