Hot 8 Yoga is expanding our management team and seeking enthusiastic, growth-driven Directors who love Yoga to join our company. We are the premier hot yoga studio coast to coast with locations across California and New York City, offering a wide range of class styles in sleek, spotless, and intentionally hot studios. Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and train teachers and front desk staff
• Work a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week, including presence during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)
• Track studio budget and process payroll
• Address day-to-day maintenance needs and oversee inventory
• Work 5 Front Desk shifts per week
• Perform extensive cleaning duties daily
• Lead Teacher Trainings
• Lead and manage teachers and front desk staff
• Teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin)

Requirements

• 200-hour RYT certificate
• Previous management experience
• Schedule availability: 8-hour shifts, holidays, weekends, and on-call
