Join Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair as a Service Technician and play a key role in the future of our team. You will visit customer homes to service existing customers, maintaining and repairing the high-quality specialty systems we designed and installed. This role offers the chance to shape the future of a company redefining the industry while providing customers with a remarkable experience and WOW customer service.

Responsibilities

• Meet with existing customers at pre-scheduled appointments to perform annual inspections, warranty follow-ups, install small projects, and perform annual maintenance.
• Ensure complete resolution of customer concerns through consistent follow-up.
• Recommend products or services to enhance or improve the original installation or address potential issues.
• Suggest additional products and services, offering complementary solutions to help customers protect their most valuable investment long-term.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to fit and work in a crawl space.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, walk, climb ladders, kneel, and crawl.
• Strong listening and follow-up skills and the ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Ability to travel based on business needs; all travel is planned in advance.

Pay

Commission earnings between $70,000–$80,000 annually.
