Competitive pay: $18–$22/hr ($38–$45k/year) depending on experience; performance bonuses available. Full-time, year-round role with Monday–Friday schedule starting at 6:45 AM.

Responsibilities

• Install mulch, plant flowers and shrubs, perform topdressing, aeration and seeding, and trim vegetation
• Operate equipment and company vehicles safely while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at job sites
• Communicate respectfully with customers and work closely with your team to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record required
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Landscaping experience is a plus but not required; training is provided for the right candidate
