The Service Technician role is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining large commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for commercial customers.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical components of these systems.
• Travel to job sites in service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer.
• Perform required documentation for each call, recording recommendations, repairs, accurate readings, and observations.
• Have client sign necessary paperwork.
• Ability to make ethical and responsible decisions while keeping the customer and our company interests in mind.
• Provide sales personnel with qualified leads and opportunities.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience with maintaining, diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing HVAC services issues, or at least 3
