This role offers the opportunity to lead product strategy and execution for cutting-edge AI solutions designed for enterprise customers. You will manage a team of Product Managers while owning a portfolio of high-impact products built from early concepts to production deployments. Working directly with customers, you will identify complex business challenges, define valuable solutions, and shape products that deliver measurable outcomes. You will have end-to-end ownership across discovery, prioritization, execution, and product evolution. You will collaborate closely with engineering, AI, go-to-market, and customer teams to create scalable solutions that drive enterprise transformation. Accountabilities The Group Product Manager will lead a team of Product Managers and oversee the development of enterprise AI solutions, balancing customer needs, business impact, and long-term product strategy. This role requires strong leadership, customer empathy, and the ability to navigate complex environments where solutions are built from the ground up. Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers responsible for developing complex, high-impact AI solutions for enterprise customers.Define product direction by partnering directly with customers to identify high-value problems, validate opportunities, and establish success metrics.Operate effectively in ambiguous environments by structuring unclear challenges into actionable product strategies and execution plans.Own a portfolio of solutions across multiple customer engagements, setting priorities and ensuring teams deliver meaningful business outcomes.Guide Product Managers through daily decision-making, prioritization, trade-offs, and execution challenges.Drive products from initial concept and proof of concept through production deployment, making informed decisions around scope, speed, quality, and scalability.Identify recurring patterns across customer solutions and collaborate with platform teams to encourage reuse, scalability, and productization.Balance rapid delivery with long-term product quality, maintainability, and strategic value.Partner cross-functionally with engineering, AI teams, go-to-market teams, and customers to align execution and maximize impact.Develop product talent by improving team members’ judgment, ownership, and ability to operate successfully in fast-moving environments. Requirements The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong background in enterprise solutions, team leadership, and building products in complex or rapidly evolving environments. 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years managing and developing Product Managers.Proven experience leading teams that build complex products or systems for enterprise customers.Strong ability to understand customer challenges, identify high-value opportunities, and translate business needs into successful product solutions.Demonstrated success taking products from concept through launch and delivering measurable real-world impact.Experience operating in ambiguous environments where requirements are not fully defined and product leaders must create clarity.Ability to manage competing priorities, customer requirements, technical constraints, and business objectives.Strong product judgment with the ability to make strategic trade-offs between speed, quality, scalability, and customer value.Experience collaborating closely with engineering, AI, go-to-market, and customer-facing teams.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to empower Product Managers while providing strategic direction, coaching, and support.Experience working with enterprise technology, AI products, or complex software platforms is highly valuable.
