About the role
Responsible for leading rock climbing activities, providing safety instructions, and ensuring a fun and safe environment for participants.
Responsibilities
- Lead rock climbing sessions for all ages
- Provide safety instructions and equipment checks
- Ensure participant safety and follow all fieldhouse rules
- Engage participants in interactive activities to enhance their climbing skills
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in rock climbing instruction
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Passion for outdoor activities and teaching
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
