Responsibilities
- Ability to work towards deadlines
- Ability to work alone or part of a small team
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience with overhead cranes/hoists
- Use a variety of tools such as levels, lifts, power drills, grinders, etc.
- Maintain housekeeping of designated areas and assigned areas in the shop
- Able to measure dimensions of products to very conformance to specifications
- Able to use measuring instruments such as rulers, calipers, gauges and micrometers
- Write or complete reports based on test findings
- Position and align components for proper fit
- Ensure completed work meets our quality standards
- Complies with all Butech Bliss safety rules
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Must possess his/her own tools
- Problem analysis and solving skills that display an attention to detail
- Must be able to work overtime
- Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to frequently sit, stand, walk, crouch, bend, reach, push and pull
- If required as part of the job, the individual must meet the specific physical requirements for cab crane operation as outlined in the Cab Crane Job Description Addendum
- High School diploma or GED
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
Skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience with overhead cranes/hoists

- Measurement and report writing skills
- Attention to detail
