CoPilot Studio - AI Agents Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a software detective, providing dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
• Be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Copilot is required. Advanced proficiency in AI Agents is recommended.
• Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation, IT Troubleshooting, and Engineering Support is suggested.
• Develop a deep understanding of system components to quickly diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Support and guide less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of improvements that enhance system reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of business-critical applications.
• Analyze recurring problems and propose innovative solutions to prevent future incidents.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience.
• Minimum 3 years AI Agent.
• Minimum 3 years CoPilot.
• Minimum 3 years Cloud Experience 3.
• Minimum associate's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bank Experience.
• Strong Software Engineering experience.

Client Requirements

Client requires people to work onsite 60% (3 days) and 40% remotely (2 days) per week. Also, 5 days of Time Away are mandated per calendar quarter.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
