Coordinator - Translations Services
About the role
The Translation Services Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Translation & Localization Program by coordinating projects, providing support to the Translation & Localization Program Manager and stakeholders, and completing the administrative needs of the program.
Responsibilities
- Cover translation projects and ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to manage translation workflows
- Prepare and deliver translated documents to clients
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Handle administrative tasks related to the Translation & Localization Program
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience in Translation or a relevant field
- Bachelor's Degree in Translation or relevant field preferred
- One year of relevant work experience in the Translation field required
- Experience in file preparation, coordination, and delivery of translations preferred
Qualifications
- Skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Pay
The base range for this position is $23.38 to $31.63 per hour. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
Schedule
This is a part time, 20 hour/week position with some flexibility of schedule.
