Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Technical Training
- Deliver new hire and continuing education training to technicians.
- Train technicians in industrial equipment installation, service, and maintenance.
- Conduct qualification assessments for all levels of technical employees.
- Develop Training Materials
- Create and update training materials, including SOPs, guided workflows, and technical learning aids.
- Support the development of site-specific technical learning solutions.
- Cook up training sessions and qualification events.
- Cook Up Training Sessions
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions and qualification events.
- Participate in new hire orientation and onboarding training.
- Mentor and Coach Technicians
- Mentor, coach, and advise technical employees.
- Analyze skills and capability gaps for development purposes.
- Partner with mentors and supervisors to create development plans.
- Ensure all training adheres to safety standards and guidelines.
Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Background
- An associate's degree in learning and development or equivalent experience in a relevant industry.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for public speaking.
- Able to engage adult learners.
- Experience
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance environments is preferred.
- Corrugated/packaging experience is a plus.
