Responsibilities

• Support recruitment efforts for Resident Assistants throughout the fall, spring, and summer semesters within Housing and Residential Life.
• Provide support to the Assistant Director for Staff Recruitment.
• Manage the undergraduate recruitment, hiring, and re‑hiring processes for new and returning RA candidates.
• Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive onboarding experience for RA staff, including RA Information Sessions and RA Kickoff.
