Purpose Statement/Position Summary

The Sr. Coordinator, Medical Education Programs is responsible for coordinating and managing administrative activities that support Graduate Medical Education (GME) and Psychology training programs, including accreditation-related data assessment and reporting. This role coordinates the collection, compilation, and analysis of program data to identify deficiencies, recommend areas for improvement, and implement new procedures and processes that enhance quality and performance outcomes. The coordinator actively participates in program-level accreditation activities and supports the Psychology training program, which includes up to 30 interns and fellows annually. The Sr. Coordinator also provides administrative onboarding support for MSW and LFMT trainees within the Community Behavioral health program. In addition, the position provides administrative support for key Department of Psychology initiatives, such as marketing projects, SharePoint website management, distribution list management, and overall departmental operations. The role requires effective coordination of trainee onboarding and offboarding activities during the department’s busiest time of year, while maintaining support for ongoing program operations. There is also an opportunity to assess and improve existing processes and procedures as the individual becomes established in the role.

Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience

  • 2+ years’ experience supporting a medical education program
  • Project organizing and management experience
  • Administrative/supervisory experience

Education/Licensure/Certification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Education or related field required
  • Master’s Degree Preferred
