About the Role

You'll work with the leading minds of corporate governance to help them bring positive change to the businesses and communities they serve.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with corporate governance leaders to identify and implement strategies for positive change.
  • Support the development and execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing corporate governance practices.
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on governance issues.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to improve the effectiveness of corporate governance practices.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of NACD through participation in various committees and events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in corporate governance or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and community outreach.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of corporate governance principles and best practices.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
