We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: Use for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: Position Summary (could be About the role). Reporting Relationships maybe part of About. Essential Job Duties And Functions -> Responsibilities. Requirements section includes many bullet-like statements. Also there is "Meet The Wright Center..." which seems like requirements. There's also "Notice of AI Use in Job Application Review" which is boilerplate, should be removed. No explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we will not include those sections. Also we need to use

There's also "Notice of AI Use in Job Application Review" which is boilerplate, should be removed. No explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we will not include those sections. Also we need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to turn duties and requirements into lists.
We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc.
We need to include headings only when there is real specific content. So we will have:
About the role
with a containing position summary and reporting relationships maybe.
Then
Responsibilities
with - each duty.
Then
Requirements
with - each requirement.
Potentially also
Skills
if there are skill statements separate from requirements. The requirements list includes many skill-like items: Excellent organizational and time management skills, Detail-oriented, problem-solving, leading and coaching, verbal/written communication, ability to work in fast-paced, ability to work with diverse backgrounds, etc. Could separate into Skills but we can keep under Requirements. The instruction: Use headings only when posting has real specific content for it. We could combine skills into Requirements or make a Skills section if we can extract skill-specific items. But we must not create thin sections. Probably better to have one Requirements section that includes both qualifications and skills. However they said we can have Qualifications, Skills sections. But we need to avoid filler. The posting includes: "Bachelor's degree in business, human services, or related field OR any combination of relevant years of education and experience required" (qualification). "Compliance experience required" (qualification). "Understanding of the Ryan White program standards preferred" (qualification/skill). Then skill items. Could split into Qualifications and Skills. But we need to decide if we have enough content for each. Likely yes: Qualifications: education, compliance experience, understanding of RW program standards. Skills: organizational/time management, detail-oriented, problem-solving, leading/coaching, communication, fast-paced, diverse backgrounds. That seems substantive enough.
Thus we can have:
About the role
... (position summary + reporting relationships)
Responsibilities
...
Qualifications
...
Skills
...
We must not include Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must remove boilerplate: Notice of AI Use, etc.
Also remove duplicated lines.
Let's extract content.
Position Summary paragraph:
"The Ryan White (RW) Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for the monitoring and compliance of the Ryan White Part B program inclusive of Prison Linkage Case Management. The Compliance Coordinator ensures that the Case Management department remains compliant with all federal, state, local and TWCCH rules and regulations. This position will be responsible for continual auditing of RW Part B Case Management files and documents to ensure compliance with RW Part B program standards set forth by the Pennsylvania Department of Health. In addition, this position will be responsible for reviewing and updating all internal policies and procedures in conjunction with the RW Grants Administrator. This position will review and approve payment requests submitted by Case Managers to ensure compliance with appropriate spending as it relates to contractual obligations and program standards."
Reporting Relationships:
"This position reports to the Ryan White Grants Administrator. No other positions report to this position; however, the Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring all documentation of notes and services of the Ryan White Part B program and work with staff to address and resolve any issues with their notes or services."
We can combine into About the role paragraph(s). Could be two paragraphs.
Now Responsibilities list: extract each duty from "Essential Job Duties And Functions While living and demonstrating our Core Values, the Ryan White Compliance Coordinator will:" then list items separated by periods? Let's parse:
- Conduct RW Part B Case Management chart audits monthly to ensure compliance with program standards and contractual obligations.

- Ensure all new intakes and case closures are in compliance in both CareWare and Medent.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
We need to make each as - . Some items have multiple sentences; we can keep as one
- with the sentences.
Now Qualifications: extract:
- Bachelor's degree in business, human services, or related field OR any combination of relevant years of education and experience required
- Compliance experience required
- Understanding of the Ryan White program standards preferred
Also maybe "Meet The Wright Center for Community Health and its affiliated entity The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education EOS© People Analyzer Tool Buy in and experience working in the EOS® model (strongly preferred)" This seems like a qualification about EOS model. Also "Mission-oriented; represents the enterprise in a professional manner while demonstrating organizational pride" could be skill/attribute. But we already have skills.
Let's parse the "Requirements" block:
"Requirements Meet The Wright Center for Community Health and its affiliated entity The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education EOS© People Analyzer ToolBuy in and experience working in the EOS® model (strongly preferred)Mission-oriented; represents the enterprise in a professional manner while demonstrating organizational prideBachelor's degree in business, human services, or related field OR any combination of relevant years of education and experience requiredCompliance experience requiredExcellent organizational and time management skills requiredUnderstanding of the Ryan White program standards preferredDetail-oriented with ability to meet strict deadlinesExcellent skills in problem-solving and improvement, leading and coaching others, and verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with many changing prioritiesAbility to work with individuals from various ethnic, cultural and socio-economic backgrounds including the LGBTQ+ community in a culturally competent non-judgmental manner"
It seems the text got concatenated without spaces. We need to separate logically.
Let's split by capital letters after lowercase? Better to manually interpret:
- Meet The Wright Center for Community Health and its affiliated entity The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education EOS© People Analyzer Tool
- Buy in and experience working in the EOS® model (strongly preferred)
- Mission-oriented; represents the enterprise in a professional manner while demonstrating organizational pride

- Must be able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with many changing priorities
- Ability to work with individuals from various ethnic, cultural and socio-economic backgrounds including the LGBTQ+ community in a culturally competent non-judgmental manner
Now we need to decide which go to Qualifications vs Skills.
Qualifications: education, compliance experience, understanding of RW program standards preferred, EOS model experience (buy in and experience working in EOS model strongly preferred), maybe also "Meet The Wright Center..." is weird; maybe it's just a phrase about meeting the center? Actually "Meet The Wright Center for Community Health and its affiliated entity The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education EOS© People Analyzer Tool" maybe means they want you to meet the Wright Center and use EOS People Analyzer Tool? Could be a qualification: familiarity with EOS People Analyzer Tool. We'll treat as qualification: experience with EOS People Analyzer Tool.
Mission-oriented; represents the enterprise in a professional manner while demonstrating organizational pride - could be a skill/attribute.
Thus Qualifications list:
- Bachelor's degree in business, human services, or related field OR any combination of relevant years of education and experience required
- Compliance experience required
- Understanding of the Ryan White program standards preferred
- Experience working in the EOS® model (strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with the EOS© People Analyzer Tool (or meeting the Wright Center and using EOS People Analyzer Tool) – we can phrase as "Experience with the EOS People Analyzer Tool"
- Mission-oriented; represents the enterprise in a professional manner while demonstrating organizational pride
Skills list:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent skills in problem-solving and improvement, leading and coaching others, and verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with many changing priorities
- Ability to work with individuals from various ethnic, cultural and socio-economic backgrounds including the LGBTQ+ community in a culturally competent non-judgmental manner
We should ensure we don't lose any info. Also note "Buy in and experience working in the EOS® model (strongly preferred)" we captured as experience working in EOS model.
Now we need to output HTML fragment only.
Let's craft.
