Responsibilities
- Provides general clerical support for departmental operations.
- Schedules patients according to departmental procedures.
- Verifies patient benefits.
- Manages departmental records.
- Performs assigned cash collection.
- Performs timely and accurate charge entry.
- Enters departmental inventory/supplies requisition.
- Maintains skills and knowledge through training and continuing education.
- Completes assigned goals.
Specifications
- Experience: #N/A
- Minimum Required: Previous experience in outpatient clinical office setting.
- Preferred/Desired: Associates degree or certificate from an accredited business school.
- Training: Preferred/Desired
- Special Skills: Minimum Required - Basic computer literacy/skills. Preferred/Desired - Intermediate or advanced skills and/or notable experience with business software.
