  • Provides general clerical support for departmental operations.
  • Schedules patients according to departmental procedures.
  • Verifies patient benefits.
  • Manages departmental records.
  • Performs assigned cash collection.
  • Performs timely and accurate charge entry.
  • Enters departmental inventory/supplies requisition.
  • Maintains skills and knowledge through training and continuing education.
  • Completes assigned goals.

  • Experience: #N/A
  • Minimum Required: Previous experience in outpatient clinical office setting.
  • Preferred/Desired: Associates degree or certificate from an accredited business school.
  • Training: Preferred/Desired
  • Special Skills: Minimum Required - Basic computer literacy/skills. Preferred/Desired - Intermediate or advanced skills and/or notable experience with business software.
