Responsibilities

  • Support the PLS team by ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks crucial to the product development process associated with creating online clinical training.
  • Support ongoing continuing education efforts, ensuring courses meet the requirements necessary for associated accrediting bodies.
  • Leverage launch pre-deployment task process, assigning to the appropriate parties, completing assigned responsibilities, and monitoring ongoing progress for internal stakeholders.
  • Track completion status, identify bottlenecks, and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Generate routine reports to assess usage, learner behaviors, and related metrics, collaborating with the product line manager to disseminate pertinent data.
  • Obtain media (e.g., photo and video) permissions as directed by product line managers from appropriate sources, and ensure all required restrictions are noted, correct documentation is obtained and everything is filed correctly.
  • Collaborate with product managers to coordinate the online continuing education efforts to determine certification needs for courses and ensure all necessary steps, documentation and reporting are complete and in accordance with the accrediting body.
  • Manage active continuing education applications, ensuring compliance and timely renewal; submit necessary requests to external accrediting bodies for continuing education certifications (e.g., CRCE, PDU).
  • Collaborate with the PLS team to become proficient in tasks and responsibilities of other roles, ensuring a seamless workflow in the absence of a team member.
  • Audit and update key contacts for the PLS team within Salesforce.
  • Assist in general coordinator support for the PLS team, as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Additional education via college coursework or business school preferred.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience, with a preference for experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven organizational skills and the ability to prioritize assignments and coordinate projects including monitoring the progress of tasks and projects and providing follow up to necessary individuals.
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills and ability to exercise good judgment to identify and define problems; examine relevant information and choose correct course of action based on standard operating procedures.
  • Strong computer skills with an aptitude for technical work and troubleshooting. Microsoft Office Suite, Teams.
  • Experience with a Learning Management System a bonus.

Qualifications

Benefits

Compensation is based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.

Pay

Min: $45,000
Max: $88,000

Schedule

Hybrid working model: three days in the office, two days optional remote work.
