Role Overview

The Coordinator, Partnership Marketing will support the Partnership Marketing team by managing partner activities, creating and executing initiatives, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and assist with the management of account plans, tracking assets, and liaising with internal teams
  • Input prospect and partner sales data into CRM
  • Facilitate communication and organization between Corporate Partnerships, Legal, and Finance teams
  • Auxiliary in creative execution for in-arena, live events, and retail
  • Coordinate sponsor initiatives like fan experiences and hospitality events
  • Support the creation and delivery of event recaps for partners
  • Manage sponsor contracted tickets, premium hospitality, and ticket banks
  • Participate in key company initiatives and partner participation
  • Assist with other projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment under pressure
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
  • Collaborative and professional approach with a positive, team-first attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or related field preferred
  • 1+ year of relevant experience in partnership marketing, sponsorship, or marketing within sports and entertainment preferred
  • Experience or strong interest in live events, sports, or entertainment properties, with a passion for PBR and understanding of the brand
