Willingness to work with administrators and staff to ensure a safe and positive recess period for students and staff. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information as appropriate. Provide accurate written disciplinary reports when necessary. Ability to work as a team member as well as function individually in making decisions on student safety / discipline. Willingness to participate in appropriate and mandatory training. Willingness to implement and be supportive of the policies and goals of the school and District.
