Fundraising and Special Events Management
Serve as the primary event coordinator for Athletics special events, including but not limited to:
- Osprey Booster events
- Hall of Fame activities
- Golf tournaments and outings
- Donor receptions and appreciation events
- Coaches' caravans and community engagement events
- Athletic facility dedications and ribbon cuttings
- Student-athlete recognition events
- Alumni and letterwinner events
- Hospitality functions associated with athletic competitions
- Special donor experiences and VIP events
- Athletics fundraising campaign celebrations
- Giving Day and 904 Day events
- Athletics community outreach and promotional events
- UNF Arena Suite event coordination
Develop event timelines, project plans, budgets, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with Athletics External Operations, Strategic Communications, Ticketing, Facilities, Compliance, and University Advancement to ensure successful event execution.
Manage event registrations, guest lists, sponsorship benefits, seating plans, and post-event reporting.
Evaluate event effectiveness through participation, engagement, and fundraising outcomes.
