As a Coordinator Marketing In‑House, you will assist in providing our owners and guests with experiences and events that create memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together.

Responsibilities

• Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentation and volume production goals.
• Ensure all owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoyment interacting with guests in person or by phone.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
• May require background and drug screening in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Physical ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.

Pay

$16.90 per hour plus commission, with uncapped earning potential through incentives and bonuses.

Schedule

Work varies across multiple shifts, including holidays and weekends.
